Iconic entertainer REBA MCENTIRE found her voice at the rodeo. Growing up on the family ranch with a champion steer roper dad and competing in barrel racing herself, it was Reba’s singing of the “Star Spangled Banner” at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City that set her Superstar status in motion. Tomorrow night (12/14), she returns to those roots for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas to perform the National Anthem. The event airs at 10:00P ET (nightly re-air at 1 a.m. ET) on CBS Sports Network (DISH channel 158, DirecTV channel 221). Through ProRodeoTV.com, fans domestically will be able to watch the Wrangler NFR following a 12-hour delay after it has aired live and International subscribers will have live streaming access to the WNFR. She wraps up her stint on Vegas with the NFR following the last REBA, BROOKS & DUNN: Together In Vegas show for 2017, which is the longest-running Country act in The Colosseum at Caesars Palace’s history.
Already a two-time winner, Reba is nominated for the Grammy® Awards Best Roots Gospel Album with SING IT NOW: SONGS OF FAITH & HOPE (Nash Icon Records / Capitol Christian Music Group). The double-disc collection of hymns she grew up on in Oklahoma and inspirational contemporary tracks was previously named GMA Dove Awards Bluegrass/Country/Roots Album of the Year and topped both the Billboard Country and Christian/Gospel charts for multiple weeks, marking her thirteenth summit and bolstering her over 56 million records sold worldwide and 35 No. 1 singles.
A household name with an illustrious career that spans across music, television, film, theater and retail, the successful entrepreneur’s latest foray, Reba by Justin, is a partnership with powerhouse Justin® Boot Company, a division of H.H. Brown Shoe Company. The collection is out now at select retailers nationwide and features Reba’s take on classic western boots, booties and casuals, drawing inspiration from pieces of her life story.
Following a three-year ratings high across broadcast and social media as Reba hosted for the first time, CMA Country Christmas will re-air Saturday, December 23 at 8/7C on ABC.
